At Sunday Bliss, we are committed to delivering high-quality lip gloss products. Due to hygiene and safety standards, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds.
However, if you receive a product that is damaged due to a production issue (e.g., faulty packaging, leakage, or product defects), we are happy to replace it.
How to Request a Replacement:
If you believe your product is damaged due to a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing sundayblisslb@gmail.com. Be sure to include:
Your order number
A clear description of the issue
Photos showing the defect and the packaging
Once reviewed and approved, we will send you a replacement.
Please Note:
Returns and replacements are only issued for products with verified production defects.
We do not accept returns or offer replacements for damage caused during shipping, improper storage, or customer misuse.
All claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
